  • What destinations are available?
    Take your choice of one of the following regions: The United States, South America, Mexico, Europe, Caribbean, Bahamas, Canada, Australia, Africa and Asia.


  • What are the prices for condominium reservations?
    The prices range from $299-$950 depending on the number of bedrooms and the season. If you do not own the LGN Travel Card, the retail prices for the same condominium reservations range from $1,500.00 - $3,000.00.


  • "When Do I get the Travel Card?"
    Your Travel Card will be shipped within 24 hours.


  • Are there other types of room accommodations available, in addition to Condominiums?
    Yes. Also included are Studio Guestrooms and Resort Hotel Rooms.


  • What is the Occupancy Requirements?
    The total number of people occupying any accommodation(s) must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the particular accommodation(s) set forth in the Confirmation; otherwise, access may be refused or the applicable resort or provider of the accommodations may levy an additional charge.


  • Is there an Age Requirement?
    You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to confirm a vacation on this Web Site. In some instances, the minimum age to make a reservation may be higher where required by a resort or other provider of accommodations.


  • Is there an unlimited amount of inventory?
    Destinations and travel times are subject to availability and confirmed on a first come, first served basis.


  • Can I Place an accommodation on hold before I confirm?
    You may place a hold on a particular accommodation(s) for a twenty-four (24) hour period without confirming such accommodation(s). If you do not confirm the particular accommodation(s) within such time period, the hold will be released and the accommodation(s) will be available for confirmation by others.


  • What occurs when I confirm my reservation?
    All reservations are confirmed online. Once you are confirmed the week is non-transferable and not allowed to be cancelled. A name change is considered a cancellation in our system. Once your reservation(s) have been confirmed your vacation offer will become non-refundable, making your purchase FINAL.


  • Can I sell my confirmation?
    No. A Confirmation may not be used for any commercial purpose, including rent or sale of the accommodation(s) which is/are represented by such Confirmation. A Confirmation may only be used by the person whose name(s) appears on the Confirmation.


  • Can I earn commissions by selling the LGN Travel Card?
    Only Independent Associates of LGN will be able to participate in earning commissions. If you are a retail customer of LGN at any time you will have the opportunity to become an LGN Independent Associate by upgrading your account.


  • What is your refund policy on the LGN Travel Card?
    All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for purchases of the LGN Travel Card.


  • What is your refund policy on booking reservations?
    Once your reservation(s) have been confirmed your vacation offer will become non-refundable, making your purchase FINAL. If, for any reason you cannot travel on your confirmed reservations, all funds will be forfeited. We recommend that you research airfare prices before choosing to travel. It is your responsibility to provide a valid passport or visa, depending on which country you visit.


  • What are the additional taxes and fees?
    Reservations do not include food, beverages, taxes (including, but not limited to transient occupancy tax, energy surcharges, international taxes or fees), gratuities, transportation, service charges, resort deposits or incidental expenses. These items will be paid upon check-in or check-out at the host property. Available units with two or more bedrooms may be subject to a $50 per week, per unit additional fee. You are solely responsible for payment of any applicable taxes, gratuities, personal expenses, utility charges, security deposits and other fees or charges levied by a resort and/or provider of accommodations for the use of amenities and facilities.


  • Does your inventory include ALL-INCLUSIVE packages?
    Some resorts offer ALL-INCLUSIVE accommodations. These resorts include meals and beverages, many all-inclusive resorts also include water sports and other amenities as well. By clicking on the picture or property details link you will be able to review the property information to determine the specifics of what each property includes along with the room accommodations and meals. Some all-inclusive properties include all water sports while others include only non-motorized water sports. Review each property profile carefully before making a decision.


  • What are the All-Inclusive Fees?
    We do not collect any fees or payments for properties offering “Optional or Mandatory All-Inclusive Programs.“ All travelers staying at All-Inclusive properties are solely responsible for all payments and fees to the host property. Please review each properties profile carefully before making a decision. We cannot collect or quote fees, please contact the resort directly if you want to know the cost. Your payment is for the accommodations only.


  • How is customer support handled?
    Simply submit a support ticket in your LGN back office, and one of our friendly customer service representatives will assist you. During normal business hours you can also utilize our “Live Chat Agents“ to assist you with any of your questions.
